These days Quora seems to be more about people asking stupid questions and politically loaded questions.

Among the things I saw before more or less giving up on it completely (the wording might not be 100% accurate but the gist of it is):

"My 103 year old son is chasing me with a chainsaw because I took his toy away. What should I do?"

"Why do gun owners rejoice in the deaths of innocent children?"

"I've got a 50 cent coin. What is it worth?"


... and then there are the questions that omit the information crucial to a useful response, like

"My landlord came into my apartment without telling me. Is he allowed to do that?"

Because, you know, the law is the same everywhere and circumstance makes no difference.
