It also says that by His stripes we are healed. What does salvation mean to you? To me it means the fullness of and includes healing, prosperity (not necessarily material), and all the other promises that are in there.

In the resurrection every wound and illness and deformity and whatever else causes grief and pain and tears in this world will be healed (Rev 21:4 KJV) and that is what "by his stripes we are healed" is about. That is why we get colds, flu, tuberculosis, malaria, polio, HIV, car accidents, cancers, and all those things that are the common lot of human kind here and now. Christ's stripes do not fence off the faithful from illness and injury in this world. Here is what the Lord says on this matter:
His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God. Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe? Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. (John 16:29-33 KJV)
