He's a semi-pelagian...like much of Christianity. His message reminds me of AW Tozer. Tozer was a holiness proponent. Much of what Tozer said was good. Tozer, like Cavisel (sp) just got his soteriology mixed up. Left to ourselves, we would rebel and fight God with every choice we make. Cavisel doesn't understand that. He imagines humans are the cause agents of their own salvation and God merely welcomes or rejects their efforts.
