Now that a lot of realtors can't show houses they're doing online open houses. Have you been looking at some of these?

Not really in the market for a new house so haven't been looking at anything with any great interest. I have seen a few supersize mansions - my niece posted a few pictures of places for sale so I gave her some other ideas :)

She's even further away from the purchase price than I am - she's not even 18 yet - but she can dream...

We WERE mildly house shopping until THIS all hit.... We're putting that entirely "on hold" (our realtor isn't even working). Thing is, even if something was found via the 'net, we'd have to sell OURS that way (since there's NO WAY I'd keep our home and be a landlord, not in this state). Pretty much, nothing is moving.

We have a reator in the area that does 3D virtual tours and is still doing business online and a half hour tv show once a week and he is able to sell

I have 3 (maybe more?) realtor friends and one is having a great time doing online showings but the others are concerned because they could talk to people better in person about the house.

There is no way I'd buy a house unseen unless it was an emergency like moving cross country. I don't think I'd want to live in an apartment short term like we did 6 1/2 years ago because it was just too much stress and moving twice so soon was no fun and really hurt my body.
