No, not you. I'm talking about politicians who are old white guys.

We're being told THEY'RE the problem. But the problem is that they keep getting voted in.

My husband's cousin just posted about the ages of the men in politics and how that's a problem. I jokingly said So Drain The Swamp? Then I asked who she was voting for President. She said Blue of course.

So if you're voting for an old white guy are you still allowed to complain about old white guys being in politics?

Both parties need a better, far better way, of choosing candidates for president and high political office. The present system is not bringing forward the best and the brightest.

It is truly remarkable that the Democrats wax lyrical about diversion and equality and inclusion and all that, then slowly shake out the female candidates, the gay candidate, the non-white candidates, and end up with.... a rich old white guy. For good measure after complaining about Donald Trump being rich and claiming he's mentally unstable they end up nominating a guy who isn't exactly hard up and who seems even less coherent than Trump.

It reminds me of the 2000 election between Bush and Gore, and the international wondering how a country of (then) 250,000,000 people couldn't find anyone better than those two.

Given the prevalance of the "orange man bad" mantra I wonder whether being an old orange guy is better or worse than being an old white guy.

This sort of thinking (the complaining about "old white guys") just perpetuates the ignorance, racism, and stereotypes that these same people claim to be against.

I don't care about a candidate's age, race, or gender. Stand for what I believe in and prove to me that you can do the job, and I'll vote for you.

It always amuses me that the left's candidates wind up being old white guys (and the occasional gal), while in the last go-round, the right had Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio. Where are the minority candidates from the Democrats, pray tell?

Was Ben Carson a minority candidate because he believed the Egyptian pyramids were grain storage silos?

I'm more interested in a candidate's policies than age/race/gender/etc, but it is curious that those on the left who claim to be so worried about such things end up shaking out the candidates who are nonwhite, female, homosexual and end up with.... you guessed it.... a rich straight old white guy.

I guess that must be it. He's a Republican, so according to Saint Joe "he ain't black".

Racism is wrong. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT COLOR THEIR SKIN IS. Get over it. Repudiate racism!

Sexism is wrong. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT GENDER THEY ARE. Get over it! Repudiate sexism!

Discrimination and hate based on age is wrong. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW OLD THEY ARE. Get over it! Repudiate it!

And while we are at it, discrimination and hate based on weight, height, economic status, sexual orientation are all wrong, too.

And we also need to repudiate it when LIBERALS do it, as well as when CONSERVATIVES do it, whether it is done by Whites or Blacks, whether it's done by gays or straights, whether it's done by the rich or the poor. It's EQUALLY wrong NO MATTER WHO does it to whom.

I've done some research lately. A lot of this is too "conspiry-ish" for many to accept, but the Democrat's scam is to "Kill them with kindness, and then eat them.". It's like fattening cows up with hay.

Well, at the lower levels, I think there is more naivety about it, but definitely toward the top - you got UN Agenda 21.

The ultimate irony is the main group being wiped out, since there's simply more of them - is non-whites.

Non-whites are definitely getting the short end of the stick whether it's the virus or the riots/looting in their neighborhoods and then they have to deal with the consequences. That means more government dependence which they've worked so hard to get away from.

Let Elizabeth Warren be chosen for Biden's VP (she's allegedly a leading candidate), and that President/ViceP team could make "experience" be one of their campaign themes--about a combined 150 years of it.

Global power is in the hands of non-whites since there are so much more of them. Once global power is given, the globalists will then turn on the non-whites with Agenda 21.

Hopefully, the church will be raptured before this.

I'm not sure how you reconcile "global power is in the hands of non-whites" against "once global power is given" unless you're expecting "the globalists" to somehow prevent the majority of the global population from exercising the power they apparently have. Are you expecting a majority of the globe to simply hand over power, willingly, to a small minority and then sit back and do nothing about the consequences?

I believe the Bible says so.
