I'm sure over the years we have probably kept a lot of them, but I would throw them away if they don't work anymore or are outdated.

A lot of chargers these days are generic bricks that can be used with any USB cable, so I tend to keep those. I have more than I need.

Chargers with specific cables attached tend to go in the metal recycling, if I no longer have the item they charged or anything else that could be charged with them.
