Number 666 explained

The number of a man and beast being 666 refers to the images below where the letter shin on top of adam's head is made of 3 vavs which are each equal to 6 in gematria so 6-6-6. The number of a man is the number of Adam because "Adam" means "man" and the beast is the leviathan goat on the obverse also shown below.

The man of sin of 2 Thesallonians 2:3 is also the man of shin (which can represent being sacrificed like the image of adam shown below) because hebrew letter shin is sometimes pronounced with s- or sh-.

A base 36 triangle makes the the top of the triangle #666 like you see a triangle with golden aura like on Great Seal of the U.S. like King Solomon received 666 bars of gold. The green eye on top of a pyramid on the back of $1 bill could refer to the green eye of dajjal, the antichrist in Islam.

I'm trying to follow-- is this a coin of some sort you are illustrating/explaining? What's the association?

I've often speculated with myself about this, the number actually being a sigil (as used in magical conjuring practices) that represents a man, which would -maybe- satisfy it as being both a number and the name of a man.

But it's been speculated about for several thousand years by a multitude of people with no definitive conclusion emerging.

I don't recall any scripture that refers to the number also being a name.

This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man’s number.

I do kind of like what @BenJoseph666 is perhaps alluding to (if I understand him). In that there are 'two sides to this coin' -- a man, and conversely a beast, just as scripture indicates that this number is the number of the beast AND it is man's number.

Rev 13 describes in detail that there is a beast from the sea (spirit) and also a beast from the earth (physical) and that the former gives power to the latter.

You're right about that, it is the number of a man. Don't know why I always seem to equate that with being a man's name but that's how I always seem to think about it.

To be truthful, I really don't study Revelation with a great deal of interest since it isn't something I expect to see fulfilled in my life (unless things happen real quick like). Most of my knowledge of it comes through listening to those who know far more than I do and looking up the scriptures they use to explain their views.
