Probably my first encounter with COVID. At the time I figured it couldn't be COVID because the boffins in government said it was confined to the north west, but a friend who had the exact same symptoms at the same time later tested positive for COVID antibodies.
For me it was like the worst cold I've ever had, that left me drained of energy for most of two weeks. But then it disappeared almost overnight, which was really weird.
