This Baptist minister believes that the verse is stating that Adam and Eve and now even Jesus were hermaphrodites.

I've never heard of this type of theology before! :thinking:

I wonder if the author of this particularly odd article is comfortable with me saying I'm a man without making silly comments about "erectile theology" (whatever that is) and being more inclusive.

Since we all look different it's clear we aren't all made in the exact physical likeness of God, so to overlook the different sizes and shapes that the human race comes in to focus exclusively on genitalia seems very much like the guy just wants to write an article on theology that also mentions genitals. It's almost as silly as the people who insist that sickness be singled out as something that shouldn't exist here on earth because it doesn't exist in heaven, despite not doing the same for sorrow, pain or death.

Eve was from Adam and the Work of God. Jesus was the work of God. Through Faith in God all are the same.
