Well, hoping that my new meds will work better with me as of today. Picking them up tonight. I've seen my psychiatrist about my recent health issues. Home for Xmas, finally.

Thanks, but I think I should take some pills later at night, to have a more regular sleep, I've had insomnia again tonight/panic/anxiety/dissociation attacks. Thank you for your concern, everyone.

There is a treatment that can really help a lot, though as long as the stressors remain in life one will need to continue with follow ups. I had insomnia once and this helped a lot. I went through an intensive 8 treatments in a couple weeks then just did follow ups until the stressor left my life. This one is in SE Michigan, but there should be other facilities around the nation doing this.

I have a new stress and anxiety relief pill (busburone 15 mg) at night after dinner to take for my insomnia and panic/stress/anxiety attacks. I have called both my GP and psych today to have relief from it. Hopping it’ll work like a charm tonight.

I’m back from my psychiatrist now. I have a new med to take at bedtime ：”Lyrica, 50 mg”. Supposed to help with insomnia and mood swings. Hopping it does the trick.
