Sounds complicated! :p

I blend whole coffee beans into powder, fill a large jar with that powder and water, and let brew overnight. This brew isn't bitter like cooked coffee beans, and in the morning I strain to just liquid. This leaves me ready made coffee for about 3 days or so.

When I make a cup I often heat almond powder and sugar in water, pour, then pour about 1/2 cup of ready made coffee in. This is enough since it's somewhat concentrated. The purpose of the almond powder is to replace animal milk. It's a good source of calcium and other vitamins and minerals.
