Mutual Ministry Group?

Does you church have a Mutual Ministry group/committee or something similar where members can voice concerns to those members with full confidentiality (their names), concerns about the church or pastor?

Not at the moment. A friend and I have been thinking about how things might improve regarding accountability within the church
