An arrest warrant has been issued in Colorado for Rendon Dietzmann, a Texas man who allegedly posted a YouTube video showcasing himself speeding through Colorado from Colorado Springs to Denver in just 20 minutes. The video, which purportedly displayed speeds exceeding 170 miles per hour on Interstate 25, has been removed but not before attracting the attention of law enforcement and leading to multiple charges against Dietzmann.

Darwin is large in his rear view mirror and getting closer. There are fast riders and there are old riders; there are no fast, old riders.

What are your thoughts?

How old is this guy???

I think he's a danger to himself and to others around him with that stunt.

What are your thoughts?
It's against the law to drive 170 miles an hour on a public highway, and if the person doing it offers the evidence to the police, I suppose they will take action. Is there really any other side to this story??

Going 170mph in and of itself isn't necessarily an issue if the road conditions are suitable. The thing is that for road conditions to be suitable you'd want extended sections with no traffic. From what I saw of the video he was weaving through traffic at considerable speed, meaning it wouldn't take much from any of the other road users to wipe out not only the guy on the motorcycle but potentially several others.

Either way when something comes with heavy penalties it seems pretty stupid to post the evidence online.

Looks like a lot of fun!!!

But if he'd hit something, well.... it would have hurt (but not for long).
