Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

Jesus taught and preached the gospel of the kingdom. This gospel promised that the coming prophetic Davidic kingdom on earth was at hand. This is not the gospel Paul preaches. There is no mention in the gospel of the kingdom that Jesus died for our sins.

Daniel 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Daniel 7:18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.
Above, Daniel spoke of the coming kingdom, and that the saints would possess the kingdom for ever. In this passage the saints are the Israel of God.

Isaiah 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

Isaiah 35:5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

Healing would be associated with the Lord's coming, and for Israel to recognize their Messiah.
