Click to expand... It's no secret, but I use red potatoes for any potatoe receipe. I like buttermilk so I use that instead of regular milk. I also do not peel the potatoe. Mash them up peel and all. I do the same if I roast them or bake them. I always leave the peel on. Then you just add the spices you like. Lees
