So when you get angry what mantra (trick or tip) do you use to calm down. For some unknown reason we may get so frustrated and it will trigger a massive explosion. I don't have any solution or tip i follow so looking for answers

Note: Sorry fixed the profanity word.

Oops looks like you tripped our profanity filter.

To answer your question I calm down by singing. Listening to music can also help but for me personally singing always helps whether I'm mad, scared, nervous or whatever.

Some people find distractions help. Do something else. If you're mad at someone online, get up and walk away and go out for a walk. Nature helps!

You can also try to reason with yourself. Would you be mad about this still in 3 years? If not, it's not worth being mad about.

Seriously, anger is not common with me. BUT I have found that TIME solves much... so that proverbial "1...2....3....4.....5....." helps. Helps at least to get the brain engaged before the mouth makes things worse.

I get mad, but it's like a firecracker. I'm mad for just seconds, not long enough to think to do anything about it. I feel that with my new medications I get angry more often, but again, it's so quick that within seconds I'm back to normal. If it's a person continually making me mad, I just turn around and walk away if possible.

Same here, I rarely get mad but when I do it's just for a brief moment.. If it's really serious though I go play guitar or something lest I get very depressed, in which case I turn to scripture and gain spiritual understanding
