Man wakes up at start of organ harvesting

This is really horrifying to think about and it will probably be turned into a movie (imo).

A man had a drug overdose, was marked braindead and since he was an organ donor, the hospital was going to proceed to harvest his organs. Thankfully the nurses discovered that he was trying to let them know he was still there and to stop...and they halted the procedure. The man is alive today!

I was kind of thinking the same thing!! How scary!!

My friend's daughter OD'd and was brain dead. The hospital had to keep her alive long enough to get the organ donor procedure in place before they could allow her to be at peace in death. The family was horrified because it took a couple of days!!
