The ballot could get lost, or if you make a mistake on the ballot, you can't request for a new one right then and there.

From a party's perspective it's always handy if you can persuade dead people to turn out and vote for you.

Voting for me is super easy. The high school is a few minutes away and since I live in the country, it's never crowded. My line is normally empty (they split the last names into 3 lines) and I am voting in a matter of minutes and back out the door with my sticker.

Voting for me is super easy. The high school is a few minutes away and since I live in the country, it's never crowded. My line is normally empty (they split the last names into 3 lines) and I am voting in a matter of minutes and back out the door with my sticker.

When I voted in the city it was easy enough. The voting station was a 5-minute walk away and I don't think I ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get my ballot and go to a booth to mark it.
