When my daughter was a teenager she was hit by a car and it really was a hard time for my family. She had an eating disorder as well and needed to be put into a hospital for that, with her cast on her leg from the accident. Those two things combined changed how my family did things and affected our future. My daughter is fine now from both of those things happening to her but it took a long time for recovery.
