I did mostly modified versions (the girl on the far left) and skipped the burpees to save my wrists from pain.

This is a super easy workout for anyone looking for low impact and simple movements. I used 5 pound weights through about 3/4 of it to make it more intense.

I walked outside 2 miles since it beautiful out today and then did this fun hip hop workout:

I walked a mile and a half this morning and did this workout just now...I'll probably walk another mile later one the sun goes down more.

I only got a half mile walk in this morning before a neighbor stopped me to give me some farm fresh eggs! Not that she lives on a farm...but there is one right behind her house LOL She has some chickens and has babies in the garage.

So its got hot outside after that and I did an indoor workout:

My daughter and I walked a few miles out on the park trails. It was rugged!

The past two days I've been doing stuff around the house and getting my steps in very easily without a brisk workout. Today I did this:

My husband and I went on a hike that was about 4 miles today.

I jogged 3 miles and then finished doing 10,000 with some walking.

May 29, 1.5 miles of jogging plus intervals of jogging/walking until I reached 10,000 steps.

May 30, 3.5 miles of jogging then walking until I reached 10,000 steps.

May 31, 1.5 miles of jogging plus intervals of jogging/walking until I reached 10,000 steps.

June 1, so far I've been walking but only have 6,000. Not sure if I have enough energy today to finish up the 10,000 because of chores that are necessary.

June 2 - We went to a museum that had a lot of outdoor walking from building to building and then later I finished up my 10,000 steps.
June 3 - My daughter and I walked around a mall and then walked 2 miles at a park. I jogged a mile later and completed 12,000 steps.
June 4 - Jogged 3 miles and did my dumbbell weights.
Today June 5 - I walked 2 miles and then did a jog/walk switch every 30 seconds until I finished my 10,000 steps. I used this on Youtube

June 7 - I think I only did 7,000 steps because I was trying to save my energy for the next day
June 8 - 10.5 mile bike ride
June 9 - I finally gave my body a real day off from exercising which I rarely do
June 10 - Lots of walking to reach my 10,000 steps

Yesterday my daughter and I rode bikes in my area but there are a lot of hills so we only did 4 miles and it was rough! My thighs still hurt today. After we did that we went to the park to walk.

This day I went for a walk and then finished up walking inside to get 10,000 steps.

I have 3500 steps so far and I think I'll just walk around throughout the day until I reach 10,000.
