Which junk foods do you give into even though you know it's not the best for you?

I don't really see it as "giving in". There are some foods I enjoy that would be considered junk food but every once in a while they aren't going to do me significant harm.

Potato chips and chocolate. As long as I don't indulge all the time, it is okay. If we tell ourselves a food is forbidden, we tend to crave it more.

Lamb doner kebab meat. Awful stuff but very tasty.

Very true, I've often found that exact thing. I figure that if I just eat whatever takes my fancy every once in a while it's not going to hurt me, as long as it isn't a daily thing.

I like chocolate, cheese, ice cream, all sorts of stuff. But thanks to eating a lot less of them, and running regularly, I keep my weight and health in check.

I'm really bad at saying no to Chicken Nuggets. I don't get them from McDonalds as often as I used to but they're still bad for my health.

The ones at McDonalds always taste different to the ones from the supermarket that go in the air fryer

My mom used to like their chicken nuggets too! I never could get into them. I don't do nuggets, but I like the frozen chicken patties you put into the air fryer. Some are tastier than others.
