Praising the Lord of Lights very much has a relation to worship, religion, and theology amongst the brethren. How does this relate to "theology" instead of "speculation"?
Sun, moon, and stars giving praise remind me of what ya'akov(james) spoke of with instruction concerning the Lord of Lights.Halleluyah!
Praise Adonai from the heavens!
Praise him in the heights!
2 Praise him, all his angels!
Praise him, all his armies!
3 Praise him, sun and moon!
Praise him, all shining stars!
4 Praise him, highest heaven,
and waters above the heavens! ]"
Thankyou for the suggestion.
I'd hoped others would be encouraged to search the scriptures to find wisdom.
Hebrews 11 with an unseen new moon. And leaves dew in its wake for those whom consider the spirit of wisdom.
א לַמְנַצֵּחַ, מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.Hebrews 11 with an unseen new moon.
[ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation. By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible. By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith, though he died, he still speaks. By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God ]
Shabbat ShalomSun, moon, and stars giving praise remind me of what ya'akov(james) spoke of with instruction concerning the Lord of Lights.
Also of the instruction shared by ya'akov to abstain from judging by appearance.
[ " Every good act of giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father who made the heavenly lights; "]
As james speaks of a gift of light.
I'm reminded of both the 4th yom(day) and 4th yr.
A place in time where the sun and moon share the sky together.
Blessed be The Holy One
And for those reading here that have a clear view of the star filled evening sky.
Take in the joy of a wonderous occasion of rarity.
Blessing Always The Holy Lord of Lights
