Yeah, I almost forgot that I even had a problem with my neck. At one point about three years ago I had radiating pain from my neck down to my right thumb. I had to get a shot in my neck which helped once, but the second time I did it it didn't help at all. Unfortunately, the steroids that they use to normally treat that make my blood sugar go up for days afterward

Yeah, it is a trade off for sure. I got one in my hip a while back but my a1c seemed to be ok

I didn't go to church this morning. To be honest, I don't feel excited about going to church or even want to go. I'm sitting here watching the U.S. Open wishing my weekend was a little longer

Yes, jogging in the morning is not something I would even consider before my sleep apnea treatment started.

I finished the book "Go Set A Watchman" by Harper Lee today. This is the same person who wrote "To Kill A Mockingbird". Originally written in the mid 1950's, but published in 2015. I gave it two stars out of five.

she actually wrote it before she wrote to Kill A Mockingbird. I wonder what would of happened if it had been published first. Would people of even read "To Kill A Mockingbird" or would her rep as a author already be tarnished.

With all the running that I have been doing, my neck has been bothering me again. I have a bulging disc in my neck, but usually it has been doing okay. I am going to take a few days off from running and hope that it gets better. If not, I may have to quit for a while or just walk
