I think the movie is called highlander.And is a series.And I think in one part he chops a man's head off.And after that gets godlike powers(psychic).And starts talking about he is almost all powerful.And can change the world.Also highlanders get stronger and stronger with every kill of another highlander.And supposedly if you kill the last highlander you become almost all powerful(psychically).Does anybody know what I am talking about? :)
