So exactly how does your stated doctrine differ from the doctrine of a chap who says that one is not finally saved until one's Earthly life is completed and one has lived that life in a way that is consistent with the gospel call to live free from wilful sins and false teachings? Or are you saying that you just don't know what will become of people who once truly believed but who depart and live a worldly life?
People who have had a true revelation of Jesus Christ and has a relationship with Him aren't going to be found in that category. People who fear and doubt will...they have not really met the living Saviour.

The word tells us that believers do not consistently sin. We are renewed, regenerated, and seek the things of God. We are saved NOW.

Are you one of those who had a true revelation of Jesus Christ and have a relationship with him - one who does not doubt or fear because you have really met the saviour?

You know this because Jesus came and told you in a special personal revelation or are you saying that you think that some verses include you because you have whatever it takes to be included?

I know this because He says so in His word.

I see. So it is more a case of you saying that the verses apply to you and not a revelation about you from God. Okay. A lot of the people who say Lord Lord! think they are saved too but you say they are not.

How do you know you're not saying "Lord Lord!" like they do?
I have an intimate, personal relationship with Jesus...not a religion.

Those He condemns are those who do not do His will. Those He will receive are those who obey Him.

Now, back to the topic.

Do you? All you've offered is your claim to have such a relationship. The people who say "Lord Lord!" say the same thing. They claim to have such a relationship that's why they call him Lord.

Jesus makes a differentiation.

How do you know you'll be on the side of the people who did the good works rather than on the side of the people who say "Lord Lord!"?

I obey Him and live according to the will of God.

The Lord Lord! sayers seem to think they obey the will of God. How do you know you're not one of them?

Examining one's own conscience to see if one is in the Faith is commendable but it is not the same as precise and exact revelation that one is among the faithful and will receive salvation at the last judgement. So in the end the best that the approach you've recommended can yield is personal confidence which may be misplaced. After all the people who say "Lord Lord!" appear to be confident of their good standing with the Lord but they are wrong.

Everyone who has received Jesus Christ as Saviour is saved indeed. There is no wondering, for God's promises are true.

Besides, people who are saved have the Saviour, but not all make Him their Lord.

So the "Lord Lord!" people are saved indeed?

Oh, one can be saved without the Lord Jesus Christ being one's Lord?

Many people are saved but they neglect making Jesus their Lord.
