I grew up in the USA. Even with the dawn of the internet it was difficult to find good English translations of German speeches with regards to WW2. And I looked for them because the government history I was given, and the films that were promoted didn't make much sense to me. It was hard to imagine the German people were so utterly duped, and why would that be? The more I learn about that period, the more I realize the history I was given was a giant load of garbage.

There's always excuses for land grabs and in World War II, it was overpopulation and access to raw materials, without having to pay for them, despite the targeted areas had large populations in the way.

What's the argument here? That the UK had colonies hypocritically?
