When my kids were little and video games were starting to come out, I played some video games. And even in those early days, I could see the need to balance the input to my brain between video games and reading. So I couldn't play unless I read a chapter in the word.
There was computer game called Wings, and you got to fly a Bi-Plane and shoot down the Red Baron.
I asked the Lord if all video games are evil and He taught me that, if the game glorifies sin or does not glorify God, then it shouldn't be played. I played my last game of San Andreas, lol. I wont play that crap no more.
The Word says that the Enemy can disguise himself as an Angel of Light, right?
Now, think about your Television. What does it do? It Emits Light. It feeds your brain images without your brain having to make images up or work. You just sit there and get fed images of all the wrong things. Which programs your brain, heart and self to be something that it shouldn't. Exercise your Brain. Read the book and make your brain work. Instead of letting your brain get lazy and dull.
