I didn't say no one can give testimonies. I had written that we don't want to have a special section on the site for Testimonials because they tend to focus on the "me" instead of on God.

No you didn't say that, but you implied it to me when you didn't answer me after I asked you directly about it.

What do you even mean, testimonies focus on me instead of God?

If someone shares a testimony they have or a portion of one and, somehow begins boasting and sounding like they are exalting theirseves rather than God then that would not be right and I would agree that doing that is not right, but! Isn't that between them and God? I would think, that's not my business.
Why would you police believers in this way? Did the Lord tell you too?

I notice also that, you don't police manonfire. He was saying all about how spiritual he is and how close to the Lord he is and it is so much so that believers and members don't even have the right to ask him a question! Is that not exalting him self? So I'm not sure what you mean by making it about me, because that's what he did.

I've never seen a Christian Forum that didn't have a Testimony section before. After all, Testimonies is the best we got going if you think about it. Testimonies are from real people the boots on the ground. They are not a corporate church or media or anything else which is decidedly deceptive in this day and age. Besides, it's easy enough to be able to discern truth from lies. Surely you pray for discernment?
