If you do your own laundry do you prefer the little gel packets of liquid laundry detergent that are now available?

No, I prefer to use the liquid because I can control how much detergent I want to use.

No. I fill my detergent compartment with the detergent. Then, according to the settings I use, the washer dispenses the right amount. I have only used those gel packs when staying long term in a hotel because I did not want the hassle of a jug of the liquid I use.

I use liquid detergent. Not sure why. I've used it for a long time.

Little packets of anything seem like a good way to create more waste while reducing the amount of control you have over the situation.

Really do my laundry since I live with my parents. Two pads of All detergent do the trick. Plus dry it with fabric softener.
