Right now I need a root canal redone or yank the tooth and put in an implant. Money of course will help but the main issue is the hassle of going through all this procedure.
Other than that, apart from money I think many of us would say time is our greatest need. However, with enough money one would not have to work, and so should have more time. But, not working is not a biblically sound way to live, with some exceptions of course.
