I saw on Facebook this morning that yesterday was Sweetest Day. I guess I missed it?

Do you and your spouse celebrate Sweetest Day like you do Valentines Day or does it get overlooked as we have done?

Never heard of it before.

We don't celebrate Valentine's Day either. I have no interest in jumping through hoops just because someone in a gray suit tells me I have to do something on that day (and charges me three times the price for the privilege of obeying) and thankfully my wife would rather have a nice dinner on some other evening than an overpriced and underquality dinner on the day designated by Man In Gray Suit where we'd be rammed into a room with virtually no space and shoddy service.

When my wife and I go out for dinner it's "just because" rather than to mark anything specific.

I didn't know there was anything called that. I like that. :) But I think we should always treat our spouses like kings/queens. :smlove2:
