I don't know if any of you have seen the videos of BJ Foggs and his talk about Tiny Habits, but I have recommended it several times lately to clients. He talks about making small changes, pairing it with a prompt or something you already do to help prompt or remind you to do the new habit and a positive reinforcer to reinforce the new habit like praise.
I really think that change, even good change, can often be hard. It seems we like the ruts we get into. I know with my changes in my food choices it has taken me years to make the needed changes I know I should make. Here is the video about Tiny Habits
