I prefer 8 or 9 but sometimes I only get 7 hours.

depends on my situation, if I work, I usually sleep for 5 hours because of the pressure and the duties I have however during my holidays I get 7 hours or more per night.

probably average 6. What I would like is 8. Once my wife went to breakfast with a friend and I just stayed in bed. They got home about noon and I had just crawled out of bed. Felt great.
