How many bots do you think there are on Twitter? We might just find out after all if Elon Musk gets taken to court. I mean, if they true to sue because he claims they didn't provide data...then they're going to have to provide data.

I suspect a lot more than Twitter would care to admit.

That said, even if they win and manage to get the $1bn breakup fee from Musk he'll still win because their share price has tanked and he can buy it for much less money. The only real win for Twitter is if they can force Musk to honor the original terms of the sale and complete it at the originally agreed price. But then I imagine they would have to present concrete numbers and explain why Musk walking away was an unreasonable act based on the figures they gave him.
