If you have to get a hold of your doctor, how long does it take for him/her to return your phone call (or message on a portal)?

I just started seeing a new PCP and so far, so good. I’ve only sent messages to him or nurse and then he called me and answered personally at the end of the day.

If it's not an emergency, I use the portal. Response time is 48 hours.

If I call the office, the doctor has the Nurse return the phone call that same day.

We use a concierge doctor. Response time is pretty quick. I usually send him a text and his response is usually within the hour.
