How do you like your Fish and Chips personally?

I myself enjoy mine with : tartar sauce with my fish, ketchup and malt vinegar or music peas and gravy or curry sauce on my chips. How about you you?

NO malt vinegar... NO ketchup.... and certainly, absolutely NO mushy peas.

Tartar sauce and a bit of salt.

And a pint of Harp Beer.
