How do you like your Chips?

As in “fish and chips” from the UK. I love mine alone with malt vinegar and ketchup, fish and chips and burger and chips.

A bit of tartar sauce for the fish.

I love chips with salt and vinegar, with a side of tomato sauce. If I'm having fish with the chips, I would always ask for Tartar sauce. You can't beat a classic British fish and chips on the seaside!

A few years ago we spent a summer in Newfoundland. The seafood was great and served almost straight out of the water. Fish and chips in beer batter with salt and malt vinegar and tartar sauce for the fish.
