How do you deal with people who always have to be right and get angry when you prove them wrong?

It's a developed skill. But if your motive is pure and in an effort to help and bless others. You still come out ahead in God's sight.

Usually there's not much point engaging with people like that at all.

It reminds me of the saying you should never try to teach a pig to sing, because it wastes your time and annoys the pig.

It's difficult, especially when they imagine that such a reaction will result in putting them ahead in God's sight.

But as to your question about how to deal with such people, it probably is best to 1) give a try at explaining where they've miscalculated, but then 2) cut short the "back and forth" debating when it becomes apparent that he or she isn't at all interested in the evidence or anyone else's view of the subject.
