How can Trump run for president when he asserts he actually never lost in 2020?

He wasn't sworn in as President in 2020 so he gets to run in 2024.

If he didn't serve a second term the term limit doesn't apply yet. Whatever he believes happened in 2020 he's not in the White House now.

He's at least 35 years old and a native born citizen of the USA... and he is not running for a third consecutive term. Thus, he can run.

A veiled question revealing the fear of liberal democrats. Surely there must be something to stop Trump from running for president. Surely democrats can use the justice system in some way to stop him.

Even if Trump doesn't run for president, he will endorse someone. And, guess what? It won't be a liberal democrat. And my money is on the one Trump endorses.

Liberal dems are already shaking in their boots. Poor Biden/Pelosi. They can share a room at a nursing home somewhere. Pelosi's hair will look terrible, but Biden won't notice. There are no cards to read to tell him.

No, the real question is this. Since the liberal democrats have resorted to political assassination for the past 6 years, what would stop them from real physical assassination when that, political, doesn't work?

I believe the liberal dems would stop at nothing to stop Trump. And, I don't believe the democratic party is going to relinguish power over the U.S. no matter what an election decides.

The democratic party and FBI will see to that.

Because he’s not serving his 2nd term. Just because he won doesn’t mean his win was recognized. I just wonder who the Vice President will be this time. Probably not Pence.
