I know some people who lost their job and it pushed them into depression because they couldn't get another job after a while.

What are the things you know which are capable of triggering depression in people especially if they are not mentally strong enough to withstand the shock of what happened?

When you seek fulfillment outside of yourself you tie your happiness to the world around you, something that is guaranteed to be constantly changing.

But if you make the outside world a reflection of your inner world then nothing will affect your happiness in yourself.

Meditate on Proverbs 23:7, Mark 7:15. There is always more to learn from scripture than the words it is written in.
