Of course, a Christian can't do that.

I read an article some time ago about a guy who got into trouble with the law for the heinous crime of taking some empty cans for recycling. Some of the empty cans were empty beer cans and apparently an overzealous cop determined the empty beer cans counted as "open containers of alcohol" and cited him.

I can't imagine a judge taking such a citation very seriously, but it's the kind of thing that could cause a hassle a driver doesn't need.
