I'm not sure if I ever heard the quote "God will never let anyone outgive Him" but I heard it today and it made a huge impact. It's not a verse taken from the bible, but there are verses that prove it to be true:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Malachi 3:10 "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."

What other verses apply?

That would be impossible to outgive God. It all belongs to Him anyway and anything you give him, He already gave you first!

When I read that verse in Malachi I decided to do what it said and test Him, He says it's ok to do that, so it is safe.

Now I didn't think that I could afford to start Tithing. But everything has a way of working out, so I started tithing anyway, to see what happens!

Long Story short, That was before 2007 for sure, and I'm still tithing now. Because He showed me plainly that, it works. The Lord like, opened the flood gates of heaven for me. It isn't always about a financial gain. Blessings come in countless forms. You get what you need, and more.

The fact is, I can't afford Not to tithe! You might not know that yet? Those words you posted are true!

Back when I started testing the Lord with tithes, I was still married, and so I had to not let my left hand know what my right hand was doing. Lol. And the Lord had my back the entire way! He helped me. We were self employed and she keeps the books, and she still never found out! Because I was the one going to the Customers house and earning the checks and collecting it. Yes mamm, we're COD. It was an adventure that I dont have to test anymore. I just pay tithes and offerings and help people.
