I get heartburn sometimes if I eat spicy foods or things like pizza right before bed, it hurts and then I cant sleep..though sometimes if I drink water it helps. I try not to eat anything before bed now..

I love pizza. I love pizza with pepperoni but it's not liking me back anymore!

The only pizza that I think is nice as a snack is vegetarian. It has cheese and mushrooms and tomato and onion and garlic and ... it is best with thin & crisp crust.

I DO remember that!! That's how it's treating me now and I used to laugh at that commercial!

Try green olives with mushrooms! That's an awesome pizza.

Lam I use digestive enzymes and a probiotic. I rarely have digestive issues. You might want to try that as well. I have found that taking digestive enzymes with a glass of water helps back of the head headaches.

Your post brought back a memory of when my daughter had problems and I gave her papaya enzymes. I found some at the grocery store and they are working great! I didn't have to take any meds at all the past 2 days

Have you tried non-dairy type milk?

Keep the papaya enzymes in mind then for the future! They work within 5 minutes for me and I'm really happy about that. I hope it isn't like some things where it becomes less effective over time.
