Acts 5:30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
5:31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Here Peter was speaking of Christ's resurrection and how Christ has been exalted to God's right hand. It is Israel that receives salvation. He is admonishing them of their guilt for the crucifixion and seeking their repentance. There is no mention here of Gentiles, nor the salvation provided to all by the cross. Peter is preaching the gospel of the Circumcision, which is, Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; Jesus's resurrection assured his return to establish His kingdom on earth; the nation of Israel needed to repent.
