Living in a Flat, there are certain rules you must follow. You cannot smoke cannabis in your room, and you can smoke at all in the communal areas - and generally you must not cause an intentional nuisance to your neighbors otherwise the landlord might evict the tenant. There are other terms, but these are on the top of my head. Most of these terms in the contract are considered common sense.
