Favourite Xmas Dishes?

Well, when you're the host/hostess in your country, what are your favourite dishes for Xmas?

We don't do the normal foods because my husband has part Italian heritage and we both love Italian foods. We normally have ravioli for Christmas dinner but we've also done lasagna too. The lasagna is way easier.

England! Turkey (although actually in our house we tend to have a roast chicken instead), miniature sausages wrapped in bacon, stuffing (usually pork and herb blended up into this kind of cube that you bake), roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots, peas, and brussels sprouts!
