I personally love a lot on my raw veggies : humus, ranch, Cesar, balsamic, cheese, garlic, pesto and ketchup. What's yours?

Salsa, mustard, Italian dressing, sweet onion are some I use. I rarely eat veggies plain, often incorporating them into prepared foods. For example, I make sausages/patties from a mixture of chicpeas, potatoes, onion, garlic, a whole slew of spices and salt and eat them with bread and lettuce. Or cabbage...not something I will eat plain, I will usually turn into coleslaw in a blender adding salt, vinegar, sugar, stevia, carrot, pepper and even a little seed milk.

Many favs already mentioned, how about creamy spinach artichoke with either citrus, pepper and aromatic notes. Or add Greek yogurt and/or sour cream for a tangy variety?
