Favourite Thai Dishes?

I personally am particularly fond of : mango or pineapple curry on rice, peanut butter and sesame chicken or noodles, pad sew, pad Thai. How about you?

I love a really hot tom yum galanga. I'm also very partial to green curry, usually with chicken.
