Favourite Food Festivals?

I've been to an Xmas carnival myself, to the beers' festival and the International street food festival in my area. The best things I've had were poutine, hot-dogs, corn on the cob, German beer, eggnog for Xmas eve, churros dipped in white sugar and banana fried plantains. What's yours?

Oktober fests are going to be popping up after another month and those are really fun to go to!
