Favourite African Dishes?

Just say if you've tried African cuisine so far and if you like it or not and what dishes you've had from it. So far personally, I've tried and loved : fried plantains and African BBQ and grilled fish, yum. What's yours?

I went to an Ethiopian restaurant once. I don’t remember what it was. But it was food and I ate it and it tasted good.
